General Manager

Ryan's journey in the restaurant industry is shaped by his family's legacy. He began his career working at the first of his family's restaurants, Double D's Sports Grille in Los Gatos, progressing from host to server and manager. This laid a strong foundation in customer service and restaurant operations before transitioning to Forbes Mill Steakhouse.

As General Manager, Ryan not only oversees daily operations, but he collaborates closely with the executive chef, kitchen and bar teams on menu development, introducing innovative flavors and seasonal specials. 

Looking ahead, Ryan is dedicated to continuing the family tradition of exceptional dining experiences and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests. His vision is to ensure that Forbes Mill remains a beloved destination for the food lovers, where quality and service are at the forefront of every meal.
